It's a real shame because there's nothing else at the same price point with the same decent FFB, but the combination of poor build quality and disgraceful customer service means that you're asking for disappointment if you do business with them. I'd previously also had to return the CSW 2.5 and the Shifter SQ for repair. I only bought the stuff in June and I'm going to have to take them to court to just get what's right and proper. I've got €1200 of Fanatec kit that is unusable because they lost the piece I had to send back for repair (Universal hub) and are denying all responsibility, saying it's my own fault, which it absolutely isn't. Their customer service is scandalous, and their customer service people are the most ignorant, arrogant and dismissive people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.
